The Thornton City Council discussed the budget proposal, price increases for utilities, mosquito control, and lawn maintenance during their regular meeting on Monday, March 7.
The council held the public hearing for the budget proposal for the 2022-23 fiscal year. After no objections from the people of Thornton, the council members unanimously approved this budget and set a meeting to amend it – to take place on April 4.
