ROCKWELL — Law enforcement was the prime topic of conversation at the March 17 Rockwell City Council meeting.
Mayor Mike Flatness reviewed the Rockwell City Code in reference to comments made by Councilman Brian Koob at the previous meeting regarding police protection and duties.
Flatness also reviewed the portion of the Code in reference to the responsibilities of the Mayor. Flatness noted that the Code states that the Mayor is the direct supervisor of all department heads, including the Police Chief.
