ROCKWELL — The Rockwell City Council at its Wednesday, Nov. 17 meeting approved a zoning change for three lots located at 213 Main Street E.
Public Works Director Jay Siefken said that the Rockwell Planning and Zoning Board met on Nov. 10 to discuss changing the zoning on Lots 7, 8, and 9 from residential to commercial prior to selling the property.
Following discussion, the Council unanimously approved by Resolution 2021-13 the rezoning of the property.
